We had the pleasure of sitting down with Darlene Morgan and Sydne Davidson, owners of Lena Peony bridal and formal wear boutique in Dickson, TN. We noticed as the store opened across the street from our favorite coffee shop in our hometown. We quickly started following the shop on social media and knew we had to meet with them to learn more about their journey.

Darlene and Sydne are a mother/daughter duo. Darlene dreamed of opening a bridal shop for years as she worked her nine to five, and after many ups and downs in their family, the two of them decided to team up to open this much needed bridal store in Dickson. The store was named after Darlene’s mother, Lena. Her favorite flower was a peony and she made Darlene’s wedding dress- what a cool story!

Brides travel from all over Middle Tennessee to get an authentic, down-home, yet elegant experience at their shop. We were blown away by their expertly curated inventory of dresses, shoes, and bridal accessories. Hannah was ready to try on wedding dresses again while I bookmarked the store in my mind for the future!

Darlene and Sydne both have the personalities that make you feel like you’ve known them longer than you have! We especially connected with them because we both have the common goal of choosing Jesus first in our lives and our business. We truly strive serve others to serve Him.
