When we first talked with Allyson about her engagement session, she said she wanted photos using both an old southern home and an open field. We immediately thought of Downtown Franklin, since it is surrounded by beautiful, historic buildings. It’s one of our favorite places to take engagement photos! We also knew there would be beautiful parks nearby Downtown Franklin, so we thought it was a win-win.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather for Allyson and Hayden’s session. The weather here in Nashville is slowly starting to get cooler each day, so we were extremely happy to be photographing their session in 80 degree weather instead of the usual 90 degree weather! Not to mention, we had one of the best golden hours that we’ve had in a long time! The lighting was SO pretty! We were in photography heaven! We loved getting to work with Allyson and Hayden. These two are so sweet and so easy to talk to! We had a blast getting to know them during their session!
