We had the absolute privilege of watching Jay and Kristine get married a few weekends ago. In the midst of this pandemic, these two still decided to move forward with their vows. It looked different then they likely expected being in their friends’ backyard and Kristine’s father giving her away via FaceTime, but it was beautiful regardless.

This season has been hard for everyone. I don’t think we were aware of how much we needed a reminder of why we love our jobs, but I felt the rush of peace and privilege wash over me as Kristine was saying her personally written vows to Jay. I was quickly reminded how incredible it is to be able to witness such a beautiful love story. We didn’t know Jay and Kristine just a few months ago. We never knew they would be the ones to remind us that above all else, love conquers all.

We are so excited that we get to see them get married twice!! We can’t wait to share their second wedding at Firefly Lane in August! For now, enjoy this peak into their husband and wife portraits!
