Trae and McKayla are such a dream couple to photograph for three reasons… One, they are both gorgeous, obviously. Two, they were willing to continue the session despite the rain blowing sideways into the War Memorial where we shooting. Three, they are both super easy going. I don’t know many people who would have agreed to walk around on slick marble flooring in the middle of a rainstorm. McKayla simply kicked off her heels and did whatever we asked! We were so grateful!

This wedding is even more special because Trae and McKayla are from our hometown. I remember Trae being around when I was a little kid, as he was my big sister’s age and had a brother my age. They have one of the sweetest families ever! I love being from a smaller town where everyone celebrates your milestones even if they haven’t seen you in years!

Trae and McKayla, we can’t wait for your wedding! It’s only a few weeks away! Cedar Creek Yacht Club isn’t going to know what hit them with the two of you!
